Our approach
Ziva DRA is committed to fair and transparent billing. Because our work includes digital reports, specialist analysis and professional services that may begin shortly after confirmation, refund eligibility depends on the status and nature of the order.
Digital reports and downloadable products
Digital reports and downloadable products are generally non-refundable once download, delivery or access has begun. If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase, or the delivered file has a material technical defect, contact us and we will correct the issue or consider a refund where correction is not possible.
Professional services
A cancellation made before work begins may qualify for a full or partial refund. Once research, analysis, document preparation, submission support or another agreed service has started, fees covering completed work and committed third-party costs are non-refundable. Any written project proposal or agreement takes precedence where it contains specific cancellation terms.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Duplicate payments and confirmed billing errors will be refunded after verification.
How to request a refund
Send your request within 7 days of payment to polash@zivadra.com. Include your name, order or invoice reference, payment date and reason for the request. We may ask for supporting information so we can review the matter promptly.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7–14 business days, although the final posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Statutory rights
